The meal plans has many options that you can choose from. We have created this programme with simple recipes with ingredients that you can find easily. but we can suggest changes and alternatives from our Private Facebook Group.

If there is a recipe you cannot use because of allergies, contact us and we will send ideas for substitutes or another recipe for you to try. You may also ask a question through the Private Facebook Group.

Yes you can eat fruits but limit it to 2 to 3 servings per day. During the plan we will recommend which fruits to eat and we will also let you know why we ask you to limit your fruit intake.

We suggest that you refrain from drinking too much during you programme but we recognise that having a glass once a week will not be detrimental. In this way, you will fully benefit from the programme.

Yes, you can drink coffee but you need to limit it to 1 cup a day. We will suggest alternatives to coffee, which will help in balancing hormones. We will also let you know how to sweeten the coffee without using refined sugar.
